Forgive us while we regress a few decades…. OMG, U2 is coming to the ROSE BOWL! And it’s their only stop in the western U.S. on their global 360 Tour! And some of us practically live next door to the Rose Bowl! So October 25th will be hell for some Pasadenans, but heaven for those among us who can score tickets.
They go on sale this Monday, April 6th, at 10 a.m. and will probably be sold out by 10:00:02, only to reappear on Craigslist for quadruple the price within minutes. You might have the best luck by pre-registering as a U2 subscriber on this site. Or you can take your chances with Ticketmaster on Monday morning. That never seems to work well for us, but you never know. We’ll trade you that extra ticket for parking at our house, okay?
CDB, I can see my U2 reference may have had an influence on U!
1 of my 1st concerts (age about 3), was when I saw U2 in LongBeach in 84 or 85. Good seats, great concert.
Still good, but like all oldie groups, they don’t sound as fresh, new, and alive as in their younger days.
