Thierry Ardisson and Audrey Crespo-Mara, two well-known personalities, have chosen an unconventional lifestyle in Paris; they live separately while maintaining their strong bond.
Living Apart for Love’s Sake
In a revealing podcast interview, Ardisson expands on the intriguing choice to live separately from his partner. He argues that love can be stifled by constant closeness, and maintains that some physical distance can, in fact, make reunion moments more intense and respectful. Moreover, he believes that keeping some degree of mystery in a relationship can be beneficial.
Two Homes in the Heart of Paris
Ardisson has established residences in two of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Paris. He owns a home on Rue de Rivoli in the upscale 8th arrondissement. Additionally, he possesses what he affectionately calls a “bachelor pad” near Montmartre, the same neighborhood as his partner, Audrey Crespo-Mara. This arrangement ensures that each partner enjoys their own space, yet they remain within a convenient distance from each other.
A Departure from Past Habits
Ardisson admits that this unconventional living arrangement marks a shift from his previous practices. Not too long ago, he used to film in his own apartment in the 8th arrondissement, where he would return after late nights of filming to find a clean and organized space. This new lifestyle, with its daily meetings and separate homes, provides a contrast to his past routines.
