Saint_Valentines_Day_Thousands_of_hearts_in_the_Valentine_s_Day_013137_If the thought of Valentine’s Day makes you want to eat, and eat some more, then you might as well cook it yourself—or in this case, buy and arrange, cook and clean, and make and serve.

The Market on Holly is offering a Valentine’s Day Cooking Class featuring aphrodisiac foods. Attendees will learn how to buy and cheese and arrange platters, how to make candied nuts, cook and clean lobsters, sear scallops, make risotto, and how to make and serve fondue.

Included in the price of the class:

Cheese and charcuterie
Roasted fennel and orange salad with spicy, candied walnuts
Lobster and seared scallop risotto
Chocolate fondue with Madelines and fresh fruit
One glass of wine
An 8 oz. jar of honey-lime vinaigrette and recipes to take home.
