Week six of Children’s Night at Levitt Pavilion’s free summer concert series brings us Charlie Hope, a singer-songwriter with a background in art therapy. She’s won Independent Music Awards for Best Children’s Song and Best Children’s Album, for “Frog Song” on her album I’m Me!, respectively. Also, she’s Canadian, which means she’s automatically nominated for a Juno Award. Her music is melodic and interactive, with opportunities to roar like a lion and hoot like a train. Who doesn’t like to roar like a lion?

I was at the Levitt on Friday night with friends and we had a wonderful time. I need to go there more often.
