This Wednesday begins a two-part class on viticulture and wine at Descanso Gardens, led by Adam Baldwin, wine buyer for Whole Foods Market. The classes run this Wednesday and next, in the early evening, and will cover the basics of the steps from growing grapes to making wine. Students will learn the lingo and the processes and will, of course, take part in a wine tasting.
