Back behind the Zen Garden of the Huntington is the famous Bonsai collection. It’s beautiful and unique, made up of a dozen or so perfectly crafted bonsai. Want more? Come to the Annual Bonsai Show, put on by the California Bonsai Society. Awesome. Also appearing with the bonsai trees will be the Malachite Exhibit, organized by the American Viewing Stone Resource Center. Yes, you read that correctly, we have a resourcebonsaihp┬ácenter for viewing stones. Love it. The beautiful malachite stones are unique works of art, suggesting mountains, waterfalls, caves and other aspects of nature. Apparently, Mother Nature is an excellent sculpture.

Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, March 29
10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
The Huntington Library, Art Collection and Botanical Gardens, 1151 Oxford Rd., San Marino
