A Noise Within, the acclaimed classical theater repertory company, just moved into their new home in East Pasadena. They’re following up their first production in the new digs, Twelfth Night, with an even funnier play: Eugene O’Neill’s Desire Under the Elms, a hysterical take on the greed, isolation, and estrangement of “the American family,” which is, you know, a thing. There’s also incest, sort of maybe*. Anyway, it’s ANW and Eugene O’Neill, so it’s probably a really good show. You have until December 18th to find out.
O’Neills Desire Under the Elms
Presented by A Noise Within
Saturday, November 19 – Sunday, December 18
3352 E. Foothill Blvd., Pasadena
*It’s not really incest if the, ah, participants aren’t blood relations, is it?
