Gershwin Alone at the Pasadena Playhouse

Apr 18, 2011

Felder, of course, is a concert pianist himself, making him particularly well suited to perform both Gershwin and his songs (not to mention, in the years since George Gershwin Alone, Beethoven, Chopin, and Bernstein). The May 2nd performance will be broadcast live on the WFMT Radio Network.

The best reason to see the play, however, is that Felder is Canadian, and who doesn’t love Canadians? Indeed, he’s married to A. Kim Campbell, the former prime minister of Canada and a Canadian herself.
