If you, like many of us, have made a resolution this summer to be more sustainable and environmentally conscious, here’s your chance to make good on your promises: join a co-op. To find out how this can work, join the good people of the Arroyo Food Co-op for a garden party to learn about the progress being made to establish a cooperative grocery store in Altadena. Share your ideas, make new friends, have a drink and eat some fresh garden veggies. Space is limited, so please make a reservation here. For more information on the goals and aspirations of the Arroyo Food Co-op, please check out its inspirational blog. If you can’t make the party, you can keep an eye on the blog to keep track of progress and look for upcoming events.
Wednesday, August 5
7:30 p.m.
House of Michele Zack, friend of the Arroyo Co-op
