If you are a Chekhov buff, you know his short story “Ward 6.” If you are a local theater buff, you know Boston Court (of course) and probably Theatre Movement Bazaar. BC and TMB have collaborated on an adaptation of “Ward 6,” which they’re calling “The Treatment,” a piece of “movement-based storytelling” about a complacent doctor whose world is turned upside down as he chats up a philosophizing whackjob in a remote mental hospital—a Chekhovian premise if there ever was one. Should be quite a treat.
