The Zane Grey Estate

The group originally named Altadena Wants a Co-op has expanded its vision and name and is now the Arroyo Food Co-op, a group working to create a co-op market in the Altadena/Pasadena area. It’s getting closer to making things happen and preparing to launch a membership drive in mid-October, and to gear up for that it’s having a public meeting and social at the famed Zane Grey Estate in Altadena. Anyone who’s interested in learning more about the project and its efforts to provide a cooperative, affordable source for quality, organic, locally sourced foods is welcome to attend.
