In just a few months, South Pasadena’s new Space Arts Center and Gallery has become the hot arts spot in town, home to lectures, workshops for children and adults, and openings that draw big crowds. The next opening is sure to pack ‘em in, too. Assemblage artist Annie Helms works with found materials, and her pieces are challenging and engaging. The opening will start with a conversation with the artist at 5 p.m., followed by a reception.

Saturday, January 17th
5 to 8 p.m.
