Every Wednesday since May, Jones Coffee Roasters has been pairing with food trucks of every stripe to bring locals an evening of fun food and music. First-timers curious about the crowd in the small parking lot mix with regulars who never miss a week. Every Wednesday, a new group of trucks and carts appears, but many reappear from time to time, including the Grilled Cheese Truck, Border Grill Truck, Flying Pig Truck and Le Fashion Truck—that’s right, a vintage-clothing truck. There’s usually at least two bands playing as well, and from what we’ve heard, there’s a lot of talent around here.
