This California-based chain is one of Old Town’s better restaurants. In a bright, modern, noisy setting (complete with a good bar), white-aproned waiters ferry satisfying wines by the glass, savory pastas (the seafood linguine and meat lasagnas are particularly good), thin-crusted pizzas and tasty salads; we avoid the chicken dishes, which tend to be dry. Sunday brunch is lovely.
