With rich cream-based flavors (pistachio, from Sicilian nuts; zabaglione; stracciatella; seasonal fruits; chocolate of many kinds, including with red pepper or orange) and the intense sorbettos and rough-textured granitas (blood orange, strawberry, kiwi, lemon, pear, pomegranate, espresso), it can be hard to choose your three to five flavors in the small to large cups ($4 to $7).
