Olio Nuovo 2015

Oct 19, 2015

IMG_9779“Fall in many a culture is a time of ‘thanks giving,’ a recognition of blessings, and for Tuscan people a time when celebrations are all about Olio Nuovo,” says Luisa of Contessa Collections on South Lake.

Luisa explains that Contessa’s Tuscan collection of extra virgin olive oils is guaranteed organic and the requirements for being labeled organic in Italy are much more exacting than in America. Additionally, the olives for these extra virgin olive oils are crushed within four hours of picking.
