This easy, natural topical facial treatment is designed to banish dryness and inflammation that can come from spending long summer days outdoors. 1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
Mix ingredients in a small bowl.
Remove dirt and makeup from face. Coat hands, face and neck with mixture. Let mask rest for 7 to 10 minutes. Wash with regular face wash and apply normal moisturizer and sunscreen.

Honey + Olive Oil: When applied topically to skin, a mixture of honey and olive oil has been shown effective at reducing inflammation and the redness and dryness associated with atopic dermatitis/eczema and psoriasis, implying a role in reducing skin inflammation and improving tone in otherwise healthy individuals. Honey and olive oil-based moisturizer treatments also are associated with skin hydration and skin elasticity improvements of more than 60%.
