Replacing cars for one entire block, The Long Table: Playhouse District Food & Wine Celebration will step into its second year on Saturday, July 26th.

Communal tables are set up and diners experience “epicurean fare, refreshing drinks, and wonderful music” from seven Pasadena Playhouse District businesses: Le Cordon Bleu College’s Technique Restaurant, El Portal, Monopole Wine, Settebello, redwhite+bluezz, Urth Caffe, and Roy’s.

Monopole is supplying the wine, redwhite+bluezz a jazz trio, and Twiggz the flower arrangements.

Crispy chicken, braised boneless short rib, misoyaki butterfish, and a Mediterranean platter are the entree options, with Settebello offering a proscuitto and melon salad, and Urth Caffe providing the coffee and assorted desserts.

Choice of entrées may be determined upon purchase of tickets. The full menu may be viewed here (scroll to event details).
