Tuesday, Cherie Twohy will lead a class in learning the ins and outs of making souffles. From our experience, these evenings are a wonderful time—informative and fun; Cherie is entertaining, knows how to deliver a line, and has the “teaching” touch. Basics are taught, secrets are revealed, and quirky, helpful facts are shared.

Come share the tips and tricks we’ve learned from the nonnas and cooking teachers, and collect some new recipes of your own. Light meal included. ($65)

Apparently we are all “over” the over-priced, underwhelming restaurant meals on these  special evenings. Why go out to a restaurant when the food is the worst and prices are the highest? Share the evening with someone special in an imaginative way in our kitchen, as we create a delicious and possibly aphrodisical meal on one of the sweetest nights of the year. Meal is included.  You bring the wine, we’ll supply the wine glasses, candles, and aprons! ($170)
