While those elements may appeal to preservation-minded buyers, others might be attracted to the home’s relatively large size – which at about 2,000 square-feet is big for Angeleno Heights and Echo Park – and three, off-street parking spaces, which are accessible through a rear alley, according to the listing on Redfin.
