The sheer number of events can seem rather daunting. House tours, bus and walking tours, a show and sale, workshops, lectures, presentations, evening receptions, and a silent auction.
But, Craftsman Weekend, which actually spans a four-day period, is the crème de la crème, quintessential event for lovers of the architectural Arts & Crafts movement.
Here’s a not-so-quick quick rundown…
On Thursday, Nov. 13, Craftsman Weekend begins at 2 p.m. with an Old Pasadena presentation and tour, followed by an evening of cocktails, a presentation, and dinner at The Raymond Restaurant. Costs for each event begin at $22 and $25 respectively.
Friday, Nov. 14:

The Antiques & Contemporary Furnishings and Decorative Arts Sale runs Saturday-Sunday (9 a.m.-5 p.m. and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. respectively). Forty-exhibitors will be on site with pottery, tiles, metal work, wallpaper, stencils, and books from the Craftsman era or inspired by the period. The event is held at the Pasadena Convention Center, 300 E. Green St. 91101. Admission is free.
