PLAY/ground, Boston Court’s New Play Festival

Dec 6, 2011

What is there to say about Boston Court that hasn’t already been said? A lot, no doubt, but that won’t stop us from heaping on the same old praise, which we must imagine they are sick to death of hearing (isn’t that always the way with praise). Anyway, it’s time again for PLAY/ground, their annual free new play festival. Last year’s was a treat, as, no doubt, will be this year’s. They’ve upped the ante a bit, presenting not four but five plays in two days, all of them free: Everything You Touch by Sheila Callaghan, Egyptian Song by James Christy Jr., The Golden Dragon by Roland Schimmelpfennig, Cassiopeia by David Wiener, and Martin Zimmerman’s Seven Spots on the Sun. More details about each play can be found here.
