The Pacific Asia Museum is ready to jump into summer mode, starting with Fusion Fridays.
Once a month throughout the summer, PAM will present a “mix of art in the galleries, interactive experiences and live performances,” as well as variety of food trucks and a cash bar—their partner Angel City Brewery pouring at the bar.
May 17th opens the Fusion Fridays season with a Indonesian shadow puppet performance, a peek behind the scenes, live gamelan music, and DJ Arshia’s Bollywood dance mix.
Cocktail or Asian attire is encouraged and if you want to bring a group, early entry with a happy hour is available.
Future events will have a haka warrior dance, Thai dancers, Korean drums, and DJ Jeremy Loudenback spinning a bhangra dance mix.
Please note, Fusion Fridays are designed for adults.
So, find a sitter, have fun dressing up, shed the work week, and nurture your soul and spirit with art, artistry, and music at this year’s first Friday Fusion.
