The Amgen Tour cyclists hit Pasadena tomorrow for their final leg of the annual race, which travels much of the length of California and ends at the Rose Bowl sometime around 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 21. Even though Lance Armstrong isn’t riding at full speed, excitement is high, and the crowds will be plentiful around the Rose Bowl. Get there early if you want to check it out, and be advised of street closures midday, especially around La Canada—the riders will enter town down Angeles Crest Highway.
The City of Pasadena’s race web site shares everything you need to know, from street closures to details on the Brookside Park festivities. Click here for visitpasadena.com/ATOC.
