The keys left in the freezer, the phone in the laundry basket, the 50th birthday party forgotten. Growing older can be a bear. Frustrating, annoying, humiliating. Sometimes, when we’re in a good mood, laughable.
Learn about ways to retain a healthy brain from Dr. Robert Tager at the Arboretum on April 1.
Dr. Tager is a neurologist and an Arboretum volunteer. He will provide a brief introduction on memory (does it have to be brief?), and on learning and the brain. Following this, Dr. Tager will lead the group through the Arboretum “to discover ways of preserving and enhancing brain function.”
