The Women’s City Club of Pasadena located in the marvelous, lovely Binn House is celebrating its 71st anniversary.
On April 23, all are invited to WCC’s Spring Boutique and Club Fair. Folks are invited to “sip, shop, and socialize”—meeting members and learning about WCC membership, tour Blinn House (worth the trip!), learn about the nonprofits that call the “historic clubhouse” home, and participate in games and raffles.
Vendors such as 10,000 Villages and Silpada will be selling jewelry, handbags, hats, clothing, and make-up. Food stuff is represented by Juice Plus and Chefelle personal chef services. Women Self Defense will be selling its products, and—wow—L. A. Cash for Gold (Pasadena) will be on site.
Nonprofits attending the event include California Art League, 50/50 Leadership, Daughters of the Revolution, L. A. Children’s Chorus, Rose City Center, League of Women Voters, Foothills Art Collective, Soroptimist, and Women Network.
This event is free to attend; $10 for hors d’oeuvres, and a no-host bar is available.
