Do you watch him get a home run or do you check your iPhone? Researchers worry about this dilemma, which is plaguing millions of plugged-in gadget consumers. Though there are definite benefits to having access to a computer, studies have shown that the multi-taskers who try to balance their laptop, cell phone and life are more stressed out and unable to focus than those rare non-multi-taskers.
