Hitler and The Third Reich are both seldom seen as being topics to laugh at. That is unless you’re Rudolph Herzog: in which case you’ve already written a book about how funny both are! Additionally, if you were Rudolph Herzog, you’d know about the hippest comedy scenes in Germany, the whispered jokes, the smoky anti-Nazi cabarets and everything in between – all during the 1930s, of course. Dangerous habits for a German at the tune, but plenty of fun for us today!
