Gooden_School_blue_HandsKindergarteners through eighth graders have the opportunity for learning drawing and painting, poetry and short story writing, hip hop dancing, sewing, various sports and games, Mandarin, and the ukulele on the lovely campus of The Gooden School during the summer 2015. Seventh and eighth graders may also participate in an ISEE and HSPT test preparation class.

Additionally, time is set aside for swimming, ceramics, study skills, gardening, cultural cooking, fashion crafts, art inspired by artists, and American film history. Gooden’s summer program runs from June 15th through July 17th, Monday through Thursday, with optional field trips on Friday.

Note: The summer program runs 9 a.m.-2:50 p.m., though children may be dropped off as early as 7:30 a.m. After care is available until 6 p.m.
