Stomp Rockets, Monster Mug Shots & Bubble Artists

Soap_bubbles_RGBPartnering with the citywide AxS Festival that runs through October 5th, Kidspace is working the “curiosity” theme by inviting kids “to investigate Newton’s third law with stomp rockets, experiment with paper airplanes, and explore the principles of flight with kite creation.

Tuesday, October 7th, is Family NightExplore legends and myths of different cultures with constellation creation, mythological monster mug shots, and monster mouth making. Enjoy a sleight-of-hand magic show at 6:30pm in the Stone Hollow Amphitheater. Halloween costumes are encouraged. Admission is free from 4:00 to 8:00pm

ArtNight is Friday, Oct. 10th, and Kidspace is the place for a singing workshop with the L.A. Children’s Chorus, bubble art in the Stone Hollow Amphitheater, painting moss, dyeing flowers, and exploring the world of sun prints. Admission is free on ArtNight from 6-10 p.m.
