energy_windmills_copenhagenThink you have a little future veterinarian on your hands? Saturday, August 17th, Kidspace Museum hosts Banfield Pet Hospital Future Vet Camp.

Kids have the opportunity to learn about pet healthcare and veterinary medicine. A veterinarian will lead activities and kids can earn a pet care certificate.

This event is free with admission, but pre-registration is required.

Want a healthier planet? In the afternoon, kids age 7-11 can learn about windmills, hydroelectric dams, and solar planets. How do they actually power a car or a house? They can “fiddle” with model homes and cars, and “even make your own naturally powered car.”

And don’t forget the new Galvin Physics Forest, the Spash Dance Fountain and Water Symphony, and the Rootwad Climber!
