Former St. Louis Rams running back and Super Bowl XXXIV Champion Justin Watson says playing in Super Bowl XXXIV in 1999 was “surreal” and “equates the feeling of playing such a close and significant game with constantly holding your breath in anticipation of the outcome.” The Rams beat the Tennessee Titans 23-16, though it came down to the wire, to the final play, when linebacker Mike Jones tackled Tennessee wide receiver Kevin Dyson one yard from the end zone with time running down (a score would have tied the game) to pull out the win.

In 2001, Justin retired from the NFL and knew where he was headed. He opened Studio Physique five years ago with the goal of wanting people to achieve their athletic goals—and with the added focus of providing “a training center for youth with professional athletic aspirations…(expanding) his client base by opening up his gym to people of all ages.”

This summer, August 1st-3rd, Justin is offering a free training camp for kids. On board will be professional athletes, trainers, and lunch will be provided.
