Can’t walk or coordinate the hands, arms, legs, and knees for crawling? Can’t focus her eyes or doesn’t have a strong enough neck to hold his head up? No matter. The City of Pasadena’s Annual Spring Festival has announced an egg hunt for wee ones age 0-5. Literally. Zero to five years of age, they say.
It’s scheduled for 12:30 p.m., so just after a bit of lunch and before the eyes droop for the afternoon nap; parents better be on point. At stake: 15,000 eggs.
A hunt at 1:30 p.m. is scheduled for kids age 6-12, and other activities at Victory Park include live entertainment, balloon animals, face painting, a trackless train, food vendors, and pictures with the Bunny, who in the official text for the event actually receives a capital “B.”
From 9-11 a.m., indulge in 3 pancakes, bacon or sausage, and juice or fruit for only $5 at “Breakfast with the Bunny.”
Southern California Children’s Museum, which is in the process of raising funds and locking in a location, will have a bubble exhibit, giant bubbles, and bubble art.
Note: Don’t forget to bring your Easter basket!
