Dive-in to a Movie

Aug 20, 2011

Looking for  a fun, free way to beat the heat this summer? Take a dip in the pool with your family while watching a lighthearted, (PG-rated) film on the big-screen projector at the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center’s Dive-In Movie Night. Despicable Me will be the perfect complement to some nighttime swimming (in the shallow end, of course) or a relaxing sit-down on the pool deck. Be sure to bring some towels, blankets, and chairs and parents remember: children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. No outside food or drink is permitted, so grab a snack at the refreshment bar before the movie starts. Sorry kids, no flotation devices either, but do come early for family swim at 6:30 p.m. (Rec swim admission: adults $2, children under 18, $1. Movie is free).

Dive-In Movie Night
