Altadena “La Solana” Home Tour

While every house on the street has a red tile roof, white Mediterranean-style exteriors, 12-inch thick walls and hardwood floors, no two floor plans are alike. In 1926, the purchase of a house on La Solana came with a membership in what is now known as the Atladena Town and Country Club. (AltadenaGuild)

On May 4th, seven houses will be open for interior views, as well as gardens of several additional homes, during the 63rd Annual Home Tour of the Altadena Guild of Huntington Memorial Hospital.

The Tea Garden will be open for a complimentary dessert for ticketholders, imbibe and snack at Altadini Bistro Bar, break your diet on some goodies at The Bakery, and check out the Plein Air Market, “where artist booths wind along the street as you make your way to each home.”
