Taste of Summer: Rosé Soiree

Bacchus_Kitchen_Pasadena_CAOne little bite at Ración consists of milk-poached asparagus, black garlic and wild mushroom butter. We’re already salivating.

How about crispy pork belly, dark chocolate, puffed wheat berries and citrus? Or txuleta (natural prime rib eye) with blistered peppers?

We can only hope that these might be on Chef Teresa Montano of Ración’s menu when she prepares for PCDA’s Taste of Summer: Rosé Soiree.

Professional Child Development Associates hosts Taste of Summer, “an intimate garden party” at a “beautiful historic garden” in South Pasadena on July 22nd.

Chef Montano joins Chef Claud Beltran of the new Bacchus’ Kitchen, Chef Sean Lowenthal of Little Beast, and Chef Alexandra Poer-Sheridan of Alexandra’s Table in preparing “little bites” for the evening event. Poppy Cake of Sierra Madre provides baked goods while Choctal will serve “single-origin” ice cream. Guests may also enjoy dry Rosé pairings and listen to the sound of singer, songwriter Kara Grainger.

One hundred percent of the proceeds from the evening will benefit children with autism and other developmental challenges who receive services from PCDA.
