Levitt Needs Volunteers

Jun 6, 2010

Levitt Pavilion

Sunday brings the main summer fundraiser for Levitt Pavilion, which hosts a remarkable roster of free summertime concerts five nights a week in Pasadena’s Memorial Park. The fundraising concert, in case you haven’t seen the plentiful ads and promos, stars the legendary Dionne Warwick; proceeds from the $40 to $75 tickets go to support the program.

Levitt need up to 20 volunteers for the evening concert. If you can help from 5 to 11 p.m., you might assist concertgoers to their seatings, work at ticket check-in, break down the seating afterwards, clean up and handle other tasks as needed. Of course, you’ll get to enjoy the concert for free, and your parking will be provided. And if you’re a student who needs community-service hours, this counts!

To sign up contact Nicole Wallace at Levitt, 626.683.3230, ext. 102 or e-mail her at
