Circle of Lies

Aug 25, 2014

800px-The_spinning_circle_is_almost_completeSpinning back, to the starting ground
The one way trip, which brings us down

Like one car, doing laps
or a jungle, with endless traps

No way to win
No way to choose
A single fate
we have to lose

The truth is seen
yet we pretend it’s not
The lie is spilled
and we pretend once more

It all gets easier, from time to time
seems less scary, from lie to lie
But what we forget
is who is hurt most
when we let fear, be our host
