Celtic folk-rockers Sligo Rags head north from their Orange County base to the cozy Coffee Gallery Backstage in Altadena for a concert on Friday, June 26. They’ll be performing songs from their new album, The Whiskey Never Lies, as well as favorites from their previous album. Expert instrumentalists and lively vocalists, the Rags weave jazz, bluegrass, gypsy and rock ‘n’ roll influences into their mostly traditional Irish tunes. This is sure to be a rollicking good show.
