Lower Your Stress Levels at Vroman’s

Some experts say that as many as 75% of visits to primary-care doctors are for complaints and illnesses related to stress. At Vroman’s during lunchtime on Thursday, physician and author John Horton (that’s right, brother to Hometown Pasadena co-author Mary Jane Horton) will be speaking about his new book, The Inner Game of Stress, co-authored with renowned sports psychologist Timothy Gallwey (author of the longtime bestseller The Inner Game of Tennis) and colleague Dr. Edward Hanzelik.

Dr. Horton will be sharing specific tips for reducing day-to-day stress levels. And, of course, he’ll be signing books.
