That’s right, the entire squad — Colleen Dunn Bates, Jill Ganon, Sandy Gillis, Mary Jane Horton and Mel Malmberg — will be appearing and signing Hometown Pasadena 2009.2010 at the kickoff open house for Granite Park Place, a swank new condo development in the South Lake neighborhood. Developer Vornado Realty Trust, the Coldwell Banker sales team and marketers Louise and Paul Sunshine are giving away (that’s right, for free) the book to guests at the open house. And that’s not all — Pasadena’s great caterer, The Kitchen for Exploring Foods, is feeding guests, and there’ll be a jazz combo and tours of the model unit, designed by Eric Cohler.
This new development will be perhaps the most high-end in Pasadena, boasting a concierge, valet, meeting and social rooms hung with art from some of Pasadena’s most acclaimed painters, exclusive food delivery from Julienne, and large, terrace-lined, light-filled condo units and townhouses designed in the manner of midcentury master Irving Gill.
There’s just one requirement: You have to RSVP in advance, by calling 626.792.4000, or clicking the link below. We hope to see you there.
