Hollywood Hills Estate Sale at St. Luke’s

Apr 10, 2016

1_048The entire contents of a 3,700 sq. ft. home located in a gated community in the Hollywood Hills will be sold in Swan Hall at St. Luke Episcopal Church in Monrovia April 14-17.

Peruse the pictures and there are more ornate frames and mirrors than one can imagine. Bureaus, sofas, armchairs, patio furniture, chandeliers, standing lamps, vases, and paintings galore. An inlaid dining room table, a straight-back chair fit for a king (or a knight), a stunning round painted mirror, cabinets and armoires. How about a sleigh chaise lounge?

The estate sale has been organized by Zoe TeBeau, an independent accredited appraiser since 1992 and a member of International Society of Appraisers.

“This is the most amazing sale I’ve ever represented,” says TeBeau. “Everything is custom made, much of it coming  from designers and showrooms in the Pacific Design Center.… We’ve sought to group the pieces in Swan Hall as they appeared in the home.”
