“Happy Hour Week” sponsored by the Old Pasadena Management District is actually 14 days long (maybe they’ve indulged in one too many; fuzzy math).
Actually, we’re already behind as it started March 1st, so we gotta kick it into high gear; there’s some catchin’ up to do!
Twenty-seven participating restaurants and bars are offering food and drink specials, including $1 martinis at Equator, $2 beers at Pita Jungle, and $3 sushi at Sushi Roku and Kabuki. There will also be live music at POP Champagne & Dessert Bar (3/7, 10, and 14) and Salt Petal will perform at Crème de la Crepe.
Monday, March 4th, will be Heaven Hill Distilleries Night at The Blind Donkey with Heaven Hill manager Andie Brokaw leading a whiskey tasting and demo with $6 whiskey flights (Evan Williams single barrel, Bernheim, and Rittenhouse).
Just think, with all the tasting and imbibing in which you partake over the next 11 days, your constitution will be tested, challenged, and fortified—just in time for Saint Patrick’s Day.
