The Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles (GMCLA) does an annual holiday show—a spectacular*—called “Naughty & Nice,” featuring about twenty winter tunes both traditional (“Joyful, Joyful”) and… humorous (“Hanukah in Santa Monica”). Joining them this year is Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Melissa Manchester. (She was also in Sweeney Todd with Kelsey Grammer at the Ahmanson once upon a time, which sounds like a fun gig.) It’s not Christmas music, but you can hear the GMCLA in action here. The spectacular is this weekend.
