For the Love of Woodworking

Aug 1, 2017

Professionals from Rockler Woodworking & Hardware want to teach you how to turn a branch into a handle for your barbecue spatula.

The Arboretum hosts a 4-class series demonstrating the techniques and methods for working with wood.

Rockler is the presenting sponsor of the Arboretum’s “Forces of Nature II” exhibit with works of art created from fallen trees, such as Bill Haskell’s bowl (pictured). The exhibit is scheduled for December 2-10.

August 5: Wood handled BBQ grill tools on a shoestring
September 2: Turning a wood platter with a colored rim with Pete Carta
