We’re seeing more bikes on the road in Pasadena, but it’s fair to say that ours is not the most bike-friendly community in America. On her blog, Pasadena’s public information officer, Ann Erdman, tells us that the City Council is finally addressing the situation, and the process begins next week with a community meeting hosted by the Transportation Department. This is the first shot across the bow toward updating the city’s bicycle master plan. Take a look at the existing plan here, and come to the community meeting if you can. On two wheels, of course!
