How can architectural aficionados and groupies resist a house tour that comes with a flashlight?

Gamble House is offering a “leisurely” paced, 2½ hour tour led by knowledgeable and passionate docents “wearing white gloves” who will open doors and drawers to “reveal gems” that can only be seen close up and are not included on the one-hour tour.

Walk inside the rooms and, with flashlight in hand, examine at close quarters exquisite craftsman details.

Afterwards, guests may enjoy light refreshments while they exchange observations and proclaim their favorite “find” behind the scenes…
