The Reduced Shakespeare Company made a name for itself by performing all 37 of Shakespeare’s plays… in 97 minutes! How can this be done, you ask? Hilariously, according to the Los Angeles Times, the New York Times and the theatre-goers of London, who made it that city’s longest-running comedy to date. Radi Os it is not, but a rollicking romp through the works of English’s most famous wordsmith. They’ve done that show at Caltech. Now they’re back with a new show, All The Great Books (abridged), which we imagine will be every bit as delightful as their Shakespeare routine, but, you know, with a slightly wider range of reference. The show is likely to sell out quickly, so get your tickets lickety-split.
