We’d been checking in regularly with Old Pasadena Management to find out details of the annual movie screenings in the One Colorado courtyard, always a highlight of the summer. The folks there were late getting the schedule together, but it turns out it was for a very good reason: This summer the screenings have morphed into the Old Pasadena Film Festival, with more movies and locations. And as ever, all movies are free! Seats fill up,  so get there early.

Saturday, July 11 @ 8 p.m. – Classic Silent Film: Daddy-Long-Legs, starring Mary Pickford. This is a really special screening — the Malibu Coast Chamber Orchestra will be performing the soundtrack of the recently restored silent film live.
