Ciao summer! To welcome the summer months, June gloom or no, Wildwood Ovens & BBQs in Eagle Rock is offering a series of pizza-making classes using its own outdoor wood-burning ovens. Attendees will learn how to make authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas with owner and proprietor Michael Gerard, who will share his dough recipe, give tips on cooking toppings and pizzas in a wood oven, and explain how to balance flavors and textures. Students will also use herbs from Gerard’s garden. The class will conclude, of course, with a meal of the just-made pizzas and a glass of wine.
